Manage and operate Cyber Security platform technologies and service providers (e.g. Web Security Gateway, Email Security Gateway, Web Application Firewalls, etc.);

• Coordinate Cyber Security platform updates, rollouts, patching and planning with other technology stakeholders;

• Coordinate and manage the change management process of the Cyber Security platforms;

• Manage the Cyber Security Defense team and service suppliers;

• Serve as primary technical contact and platform owner for Cyber Security solutions. Support Help Desk team with senior level escalation responsibilities when needed;

• Participate in the IT Change Management process and regularly scheduled maintenance windows, including after-hours change windows;

• Collaborate with IT Operations to troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties where Security Solutions could be involved;
